V nadaljevanju na podlagi izsledkov (polstrukturiranih intervjujev in osebnih zapisov, opazovanja delovanja dveh mrež) prikažemo možnost analize in interpretacije dobljenih podatkov z uporabo analitičnega orodja tematske mreže

The increased usage of mobile apps has a great potential in Pharmacy market. Through the use of mobile apps, web portals and social media may allow a fast and wide diffusion of awareness for over the counter (OTC) drugs and attract a large number of customers, thus increasing the value of searching for information, quality and lower costs of the purchase. The goal of this paper is to identify the key factors as antecedents of customer satisfaction for the design of a mobile app for OTC drug marketing. To this aim, the authors use the Kano model that allows categorizing service attributes according to how they are perceived by customers and estimating their impact on customer satisfaction. This model is adopted in order to identify, express and latent needs of customers and to design a mobile app for OTC marketing according to their perceptions and expectations. To apply the Kano model, the authors used quantitative data collected through 537 questionnaires that were sent to the Slovenian internet users (June and August 2013). The results of this analysis can be relevant to the pharmaceutical companies; drugs vendors and marketing managers plan strategy and operational activities, for pharmaceutical companies in the field of OTC drugs marketing, for application developers, and for all those concerned with OTC drugs marketing issues. This article discusses the importance of knowledge management and employee turnover, using the example of selected Slovenian organisations, in particular, technology parks. The purpose of this article is to point out statistical characteristics between employee turnover and certain selected independent variables. The empirical research was conducted on a population of 667 Slovenian organisations gathered from the subjects of an innovative environment database, and a further sample of 51 chosen technology parks from the A group. By implementing multivariate regression analysis, we sought to examine whether knowledge requirements and knowledge transfer paths in these organisations have a statistically significant influence on employee turnover. The aim of this article is to present the results of empirical research that defines the development of a conceptual framework for understanding the influence of knowledge management on employee turnover. The results have shown that the importance of intellectual and social capital, intangible capital assets and their continuous measurement must be acknowledged within an organisation

Stay Healthy: Slovenian users\u27 Opinions about the Covid-19 Contact-Tracing Mobile Application

    Get PDF
This paper aims to provide a systemic vision of the role and specifics of a Covid-19 contact-tracing mobile application, which can be presented as a data-driven mobile application for citizens in urban data management processes and is essential for a sustainable urban ecosystem to inform the user about contact with a potentially infected person. The study aims to reveal the behaviour of adults when using such an application. We also attempt to discover how the Covid 19 pandemic has changed communication and why users use mobile phones and their features, such as Bluetooth and GPS. The research focused on Slovenia and was conducted during the Covid-19 pandemic in April 2021. Five hundred adults were surveyed. The mixed-method survey investigates the determinants of adult citizens’ behaviour in the Republic of Slovenia concerning the #Ostanizdrav application from three perspectives (installed app, activated app, and app used to report infection). In addition, the study examines the barriers and levers to using a contact tracing application to combat the pandemic in Slovenia. The second part of the study involves developing a Deep Learning-based predictive model trained on the data collected due to the survey. &nbs
